JOB SKETCH	1. J AVA Developer Qualification – B.Tech , MCA Experience – 2+ yrs Experienced Java professional with working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate. Job Description Strong in Basic & Advance concepts Strong in communication Knowledge in Struts, J2EE, Servlets. 2. Flex Qualification – B.Tech , MCA, MSc Must be Expert in Flex and Macromedia Flash action scripting. Basic Knowledge of HTML,XHTML and CSS are essential. Job Description • Solid knowledge of Action Script 2, 3 and OOP concepts. • Knowledge of Flash media server and Darwin streaming server • Experience with progressive and streaming Flash video. • Experience building data-driven Flash applications. • Experience with scripted animation techniques. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with Flex. • Active participation in the Flash community. 3. Senior .NET Developer (web) Qualification – B.Tech , MCA, MSc Minimum four years of experience in developing web applications withASP.Net & SQL Server Exposure to advanced concepts like WCF, JSON and Silverlight preferred. -Sound knowledge of MicroSoft.Net Framework, ASP.NET 2.0 & 3.5, C#, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, ADO.NET, Visual Studio 2005, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX. -Strong database schema & SQL query design skills. -Should have good knowledge of creation and integration of Web Services, Net 2.0 experience and Stored Procedure experience - Any experience of Agile programming methodologies and techniques such as unit tests, continuous integration, Object Oriented design and analysis would be an added advantage. - Any experience with SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Content Management Server and other Microsoft technologies would be a distinct advantage. 4. Project Manager (.NET) Qualification – B.Tech , MCA,MSc Seeking a Project Manager with .NET development skills and experience in developing hotel management software to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in the management and construction of a robust, scalable solution consisting of ASP.NET (C#), in Hospitality domain. Should have hands on experience in .Net technologies, Project Management experience of 1-2 years. Interpersonal skills, Counseling/ motivating team and addressing their concerns. Manage the project both in terms of people as well as technology, to consult & review with the delivery manager to determine project deliverables, to monitor project status, Coaching, mentoring team, provide continuous feedback to team members. 5.Team Leader (.NET) Qualification – B.Tech , MCA Experience 3+ yrs Experience in developing applications for the Hospitality Domain. Prior experience should be there in leading a team.  Should have good leadership skills.  Should have worked in ASP.NET, C# projects.
