JOB SKETCH	1. Call Centre Executives:---- Excellent written and oral communication skills Customer service orientation Strong MS Office skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in client servicing. Even fresher s are preferred if talented. Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts. Salary :-10,000 TO 12,000k No: of Vaccancies:- 150 2. Call Centre Team Leaders:--- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service environment, preferably on phones or in the related field, is required for this position. Candidates with past experience in Customer servicing with Educational Institutions/KPO/BPO with Team Management experience would be preferred. Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Experience: 2 - 4 Years Salary :-- 15,000  TO 25,000. No: of Vaccancies :-30 3. Call Centre Manager :--2-5 yrs International BPO Exp in Voice process Graduate/MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization Broad understanding of people management Good communication and presentation skills.
