JOB SKETCH	The BDM is the one who educate the customers on the products/services and help inpromoting the services of TIMTS.Profile: Graduate who understands technology good marketing and selling skills.Reporting RelationshipThe BDM will report to the Centre Manager and functionally to RSM.Key Responsibilities:To promote and implement the Education program in targeted schools falling underdefined geographyTo increase sales of the Education Program among schools, and enroll new schoolsas per the assigned targets. Maintaining relations with Customers School Principals and Trustees through regularinteractions with them.Ensuring regular servicing of customers through smooth coordination, meetingcommitments and troubleshooting.AOP target achievement.Student engagement activities to generate leads for admission. Responsible for Institute/ college tie ups. Conducting workshops/seminars.Implementing marketing and promotional ideas suggested by superior.Carrying out various events involving schools to strengthen the brand.Keeping a strict control over receivables from school and report status periodicallyto superior.Ensuring co-ordination and conduct of planned workshops in schools.
