JOB SKETCH	Lead the execution of the development pipeline and delivery of the organization’s software products to QA, and ultimately Production  Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team(s) and ensure the coordination of individual· team deliverables is synchronized as necessary to achieve product releases  Manage execution of the Product Versioning strategy across all teams as part of the development lifecycle·  Work with the Enterprise Architect, CTO, and Product Manager to sequence/coordinate development· activities within an Agile/Iterative-style development environment  Ensure that best practices for coding, architecture, and security are employed across all teams· consistently, and maintain responsibility for the quality development of internal and external applications  Manage timelines and resources (internal and external) within the PaySimple software development· lifecycle  Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team·  Implement systems based on well defined SLAs·

JOB SKETCH	As a SEO and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn etc. in order to coordinate marketing campaigns and create a strong company brand presence in the market.
