Estimating quantities of materials for each work Collecting quotations for each work, inviting, comparing, and giving to head office for approving Maintaining the quality as per the project spec and controlling all QC documents.Giving suggestions to Architect/consultant for cost cutting, changes if any from project brochure and quality maintaining as per the site condition Weekly internal meeting with contractors & site staffs and preparing the minutes for the same and reporting to directors.Collecting decisions and suggestions from consultants in accordance with the requirement. Maintaining the safety in all aspects without any compromise. |
