JOB SKETCH	5+ years of experience conducting classroom instruction, developing training procedures and processes, and lesson plans Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing a training program Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Security Awareness training programs Good customer service experience and skills Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Subject Matter Expert for training systems supporting JSP such as the Corporate Management Information System (CMIS), Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Experience developing on-boarding training program for all newly assigned members Bachelor's degree with a focus on Education and/or Training Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint DoD 8570.01-M (DoD 8140) Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification required (Security+, SSCP, CCNA-Security, GSEC) An active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required
