JOB SKETCH
|
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle, sourcing
qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
· Work with Account Managers to identify top
accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to staff clients'
requirements.
· Develop
recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various
recruiting tools.
· Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with
clients' requirements.
· Negotiate wage
rates and other terms and conditions of the position with candidates, and
gain commitment from candidate for current and future job requirements.
· Manage contract employees while assigned.
· Communicate
effectively with teams in order to create a productive work environment.
· Communicate
with peers sharing recruiting "best practices"
· Provide
accurate, thorough documentation contract employees in applicant tracking
systems or other documentation tools.
· Maintain vendor
relationships to get candidate referrals and sales leads.
