JOB SKETCH
|
Answering
customer travel queries on phone, email and over the counter.
Payment collection for all Bookings done Checking all documents and other travel related filing Daily Reporting on excel and email Tele-calling for potential clients and Online travel bookings Collection of payments from clients and closing the bookings. Maintenance of booking records with accounts team. Planning, Designing and Preparing Itineraries as well as Outbound Holiday packages. Development of tour packages, including costing, routes and places. Handling Bookings, Ticketing, Visa & Documentation. Processing Bookings by coordinating with the sales team, updating them. Relationship management with tour group during travel and facilitating requirement. |
